Joseph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from the KNUST School of Mines, Tarkwa, now University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa From January 2007 to December 2012, he was responsible for all Muti-Tech sales and after-sales operations in the West Africa sub-region. He helped increased population of Volvo equipment to over 60% market share in Ghanaian mines He is the Founder and currently the CEO/Managing Director of Quantum LC Ltd and has steered the company from its early days in Plant Hiring to its current status as a fully-fledged Mining Services company providing plant hiring, contract mining, civil construction works and Consultancy in the Mining Sector in Ghana.
