Quantum LC Company Limited is a Private Limited Liability Company, Incorporated in Ghana on 18th December, 2012, under the Ghana Company Code 1963 (Act 179) and granted permission to commence business on 19th December, 2012. We are also registered with the Minerals Commission as a Mining Support Service Company.
The company provides both mining services and Oil and Gas upstream services.

Joseph Titus Glover
Joseph is the founder of Quantum LC Company Limited.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from the KNUST School of Mines, Tarkwa, now University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa. He was the Co-founder and main brain behind the set-up of MaxMass as a mining contracting company (January 2008). Starting with 4 ADTs, the company has grown its fleet to over 70 units within less than four years and has built a reputation for reliability and performance.

FRANCIS HUTCHISON WILLIAMS
Emmanuel has been the General Manager of Quantum LC Company for the last two years. Emmanuel worked with AngloGold Ashanti Limited for 20 years and was the Senior Manager for Mining at Iduapriem Mine, Ghana, until July 2012. Emmanuel holds a bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from the KNUST School of Mines, Tarkwa and a PhD degree in Applied Science from the University of Wales, UK.
Emmanuel is an external examiner – Graduate Board, University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa. He is also a member of Board of Examiners appointed by the Chief Inspector of Mines for Senior Mine Officials Statutory Examinations.
FINANCE & ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Raymond is a self-motivated and enthusiastic gentleman with experience in accounting, systems, leadership and operations management of private companies and small businesses.
Raymond has been working for Quantum LC Company as Financial Manager who has played a major role in the development, implementation, and improvement of financial subsystems and processes for effective and efficient financial management e.g. development of compliance subsystem, improve supply chain management in a way that will enhance the company’s profitability.
Raymond graduated from the Accra Polytechnic in June 2009 with HND in Accounting. He also holds Certificate with Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.
Francis holds diploma (professional) certificate in Mine Mechanical Engineering from the then UST School of Mines, Trakwa. Francis joined our team from Maxmass Limited where he held the position of Project Site Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor. Maxmass was then working as a subcontractor to AngloGold Ashanti (Iduapriem) Mine at Tarkwa.
Francis has been playing the role of Plant Manager since he joined our Team.
The purpose of the Plant Manager’s role is to develop, implement and improve Engineering subsystems for asset management to maximize uptime in a way that enhances the profitability of the business
